So since this issue was experienced on august 21st, and escalated a few days later. I have not received a response from CCP or even some type of notification acknowledging that it was escalated/received. True customer service CCP

The logs never show anything....

I had left a ship floating in a pos, then the character that parked it there then changed corporations. Everytime he jumped back to the pos (Carrier pilot)...the ship in question was ejected from the pos, usually 100k away.
After retrieving it a few times, I left it out there, only to find it back in the pos the next day. This continued for awhile, it wouldn't do it everytime, but most times. Finally it was killed by some passing pirates after an ejection.
Petitioned CCP, the logs show nothing!
They did replace the ship, but claimed they could not explain the issue, made it clear they didn't really believe there was a problem, and stated they would not replace it again.

This is the thing that bothers me most about CCP, not only do they have bad customer service, but if they can't explain the issue, they prefer to blame you for it.....Shocked

That behavior is normal. When you are not part of the corporation that owns the POS you will need to have the POS password applied to the ship. When you relog the password isn't applied anymore and the ship is ejected. Really, your ship should not have been reimbursed (if it was; I did not check up on the petition, just explaining the symptoms described here), so it appears you were lucky in that sense.

I've scored several free capitals because of this :)
Sucks that it was reimbursed though.
