Being a bit of a dronehugger I'm looking forward to a gallente drone frigate that isn't a 20mil isk faction model. Also the ORE mining frigate looks like it might make for a nice casual mining platform that doesn't require much training (hopefully it won't require much isk either).

I will be default sad if there is no Cruiser balance no matter what other shiny's they put in. If they scrapped everything else in the expansion and renamed it EVE Online we made T1 Cruisers better I would love it times 100.

So test the new Frigates for 2 Weeks, dump them in the game then make 4 threads for the new Cruisers now so they will be ready for November.

I think what you're supposed to do is make several threads about how you're quitting the game forever with not just one but BOTH of your accounts no really this time you're serious this is the final straw and CCP will never get your money again, before sneaking back a week later and hoping nobody notices.

Same scenario most every time. A friendly guide to handle new content:

1. Hype yourself up for the next expansion.
2. Upon release, scour the notes.
3. Find something to hate. If you need help, read the forums.
4. Make a post raging about how said change will ruin EVE forever. Make sure you imply that it will never get fixed.
4b. If you're one of the first ten threads about the topic, Achievement Unlocked.
5. Wait three months. You have now arrived at the "real" expansion.
6. Sell your hoarded PLEXes.

As long as the winter expansion isn't a complete failure like Incarna I'll be a happy chappy. It'll be interesting to see what they do with crimewatch though, there are some areas that need improvement but if it nerfs the ability to take advantage of stupidity I'll go and whinge on FHC with the bittervets.

When? Probably when CCP taps the winter ale kegs.
What will my reaction be when we find out it's empty?
...wait, trying to stay on topic here... heh
I haven't really thought about it myself, but I assume they will just tap another winter ale keg whatever the outcome.
Otherwise I'll just fill the empty kegs with tears and bomb dust players as I should have destroyer+ skills ready for hauling those kegs to appropriate bombardment targets by then.
But yeah, winter ale kegs first, then we'll find out.

All I hear is butt hurt fan boying...But seriously, I probably won't be suprised (again) at the lack of content because the developers are forced to give into forum cry babies and fan boys instead of developing actual content.

I dont play Eve Online because of expansions. I play Eve because I love the game, expansions and patches are simply extras that are nice.

Trust me, I almost know what I'm doing.
