I can see another use of the chart instead of forum bingo, the Achievement Hunt.

All you have to do is to strafe the boards for the post with the most accords to the chart.
You should set a limited timeframe.

So, if the poster calls everyone noobs because they have less XP, does not explain anything because of coolness, brag about killmails and that the guns hes using are underpowered, you'd gain 4 Points.
