Character Bazaar

This is an odd character but I'm quite fond of it and it'll make a strong addition to pretty much any nullsec blob or for flying pirate ships as a highsec warlord or wormhole resident. It's also a very capable PvE toon although I think that'd be a waste of its abilities.

Between the spaceship command and the gunnery that's about 3/4 of the SP accounted for. The remaining is in supports which are okay.

With the spaceship command and gunnery it can already make the most of a devastating lineup of ships and it can very rapidly be trained into an assortment of other roles.
