The Eifrald Clan Elder Tribunal charges that on or about the following dates, and in the following locations, THE ACCUSED, JOREN ILLARD, did willfully and knowingly commit, conspire to commit, or facilitate the commission of the following crimes AGAINST HIS FELLOW CLAN MEMBERS AND THE MINMATAR PEOPLE:


1/11/111- 6/12/114, Trytedald, Teonusude- MONEY LAUNDERING (4 COUNTS)

3/1/113, Odatrik- ARSON, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT ARSON, MURDER (3 COUNTS)

10/10/112, Aedald- CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FRAUD, EXTORTION, FRAUD

2/10/110- 3/4/112, Rens- EMBEZZLEMENT (7 COUNTS)

2/11/103- 4/5/113, Trytedald- TRAFFICKING OF ENDANGERED SPECIES (11 COUNTS), THEFT OR MISUSE OF COMMON PROPERTY (8 COUNTS)


The crimes you see here were perpetrated by Joren Ilard and his associates against undeserving members of his own Clan and other Minmatar.

The Accused stole vast sums of money from fellow Clan members, sold and smuggled the organs of animals the Clan holds sacred; destroyed, used, and devised the Clan's common property as he saw fit; and misappropriated Republic, Sebiestor Tribe, and foreign aid funds designated for the Clan.

The Accused is also charged with ordering the burning of several pallets of trade goods owned by a fellow Clan-member in Odatrik. Three people, a Clan member and two Urban Management Security personnel, parished in the resulting fire.

Clan Eifrald, along with assistance from our partners in the Republic Justice Department, will continue to investigate this matter and will make reparations for the damage that has been done.

As is our custom, the Accused, a former Clan Elder, is permitted to remain under house arrest during trial. He is allowed to seek the counsel of his family members, who may join him at the Illard estate on Trytedald III. However, any Illard who choose to join the Accused must remain under house arrest with him for the duration of the trial.

As an additional courtesy, this Tribunal advises the capsuleer Oserik Illard against setting foot on Trytedald or attempting to interfere with the administration of justice in any way.

Capsuleers with additional information on Joren Illard and the dealings of the Illard family are encouraged to contact this office. Persons who provide actionable information or evidence will be compensated for their service to Clan Eifrald and the Republic.

You and the others have crossed a line, Hrul. Don't think we didn't see this coming.
