WTF is going on with the prices for these? I bought one a few weeks ago from Jita and they were going for 450 Mil. Checked last night and they are now going for over a Billion! What's going on? Seemed to be plenty for sale...

It always has been 1bil. You either got a bargain or bought the Pith version by mistake and still haven't realised.
