Comes out somewhere around 540k EHP, with lowest resist at 85ish % (emp). With logi + drone support, you will be one hell of a hard target to drop quickly, while your fleet does its work on the opposing team. Around 470 dps or so (hey, its something).

I am still in the smaller engagement range, but I watch my son and nephew run around with this + a stand off sniper that picks off drones and frigates that threaten the Command ship. They run in 10-20 man groups most of the time, with the occasional 25+, but not often.

Not sure if this helps, other than to say, the FC is ALWAYS dropped early if they know who it is, so don't feel alone or picked on. You are the General. Military engagement 101. ;)

There is a special Hell for people like that, Right next to child molestors, and people that talk in the theater. ~Firefly

Fly something fast and tasty. Vagabond for example or fleet stabber. Fit it for extreme speed and use guns with excellent tracking (180's with TE's)

This seems counter intuitive but being able to burn away from an enemy fleet forces the brick-blaster ships to change target and pulls smaller faster ships away from support. I agree that a high tank with logistics is a good thing for distracting an enemy fleet, but if they are smart they will swap targets.

Using a generally low-tank ship with a lot of speed can bait people into over extending. Plus its fun melting over-eager frigates who split from the group... which generally takes care of a lot of warp scrams.

For more conventional advice: Get a ship with lots of resistance and rely on spider tanking. Try to minimise your sig when doing this, so armour tanking is advised.

surprised nobody has mentioned HICs as an alternative yet.

command ship, hic, tech 3 should work out fine. i would suggest a command ship for the bonuses as well. if the reps are not holding there isn't much you can do except pass the FCing off to someone else as you are about to die. usually the most important part in the fight is how you initiate it and the first few seconds of the actual fight. the second FC just gets all the glory :P

Given a enemy FC fit I saw recently, I feel I must ask:

BB, izzat you? Cool
