Someone has an idea why freighters price is skyrocketing but not the price of others ships?

Simple.. Freighters cost alot of trit pyerite and mex to make.

Trit, pyerite and mex have all been skyrocketing while the other materials that you dont need so much of have gone down.

Current production costs of a fenrir for example is around 1,5ish bil so nobody is playing the market.

The positive part of this is that you can basically make the same amount of isk mining Scordite as you would have earned mining hard-to-get Arkonor in 0.0.

Edit: Freighter production aren't as easy to ramp-up as other ships (takes minimum 2-3 weeks).
Any sudden increase is demand will almost certainly spike the prices.

The initial spike of all ships was due to manipulation, I.E. I know the ship costs 3M isk and will cost 6.5M isk by the end of the month, so il buy 10B of them off the markets and wait for my ISK to double (during the initial mineral price spike), I did this with Cruiser hulls in Jita and Amarr, Others with MUCH more ISK invested hundreds of billions on just single types of ships, while freighters, amounting in the hundreds costing billion a piece, well no one simply had the ISK to risk it at the time.

For the past several months, making freighters in Highsec was highly unprofitable, now its actually feasible to maybe make then and its still pretty cutthrought profits here.

Keep in mind a BPC pack is roughly 150-200M depending on Quality and a whole BPO set is something like 8B isk, researched its something like 12B isk investment JUST FOR researched BPO's and then add the cost of the mats, another 1.5+B

If you have a problem with the prices, buy a BPC pack and see if you can make your own cheaper, good luck with that.

Honestly, I can see why pretty much each and every one of those freighters were killed. Hell, some of those are like a suicide ganker's wet dream. Each one of those Freighters were carrying FAR more than was reasonably safe through systems that are well known suicide gank hotspots. One was carrying 13b worth of Platinum Technite in it! The only thing that would have made these things juicier targets for the suicide gankers would be if they were slow-boating or AFK.

Also, it would take far more than 1-2 freighter kills daily to make a major jump in price occur. I mean, by that logic, wouldn't the price of the suicide ganker's stable ship, the Tornado, have been skyrocketing lately, as well?

Secondary effects.... people would rather mine ice on AFK these days, thanks to the Great Barge Patch, which is very appealing since the ore bays are huge and it's downright convenient to do if you're back at work, or school....which many people are now that summer is done for many players.

So.. price of low ends goes "up", as fewer folks are mining them versus the relative ease of AFK ice mining, freighter prices go up.... and the expected "melt" of ice prices continues anyway.
