remove chat on neocom

In the past with the new neocom i was able to remove the chat button so it wouldnt annoy the hell out of me.

today my power went out at my house and my client got reset. and now that button is back and i cant remove it. What can i do to remove this button again so i dont get stuck with haveing it on my neocom
