Race specific Covert Ops / Battlecruisers / etc - post Inferno.

Sup !!

After reading the blog http://community.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&nbid=9129 I am little confused about the upcoming changes in skill training times. Specifically, I don't understand how much longer will it take (under the new system) to skill up for example all four races covert ops frigates to level V.

My guess is that the time for, say, Amarr Covert Ops V will
be something like:

current (as of Inferno) SP required for Covert Ops V divided by 4 (the number of races).

Does anyone know pls ? :D

I'm a bit more curious as to how they will treat those of us with the non-racial specific skill versions at V already.

No one "knows" for sure exactly how this is going to work, but going by all available information there is no change in your example. That is, T2 skills will still not be racial.

The more unknown areas involve destroyers, battlecruisers, and capitals.

Was just happy to see we are not going to lose ships we can fly at the time of the changes, that would be like when I finally turned 19!! Yay I can drink!! Opps law chnages and I have to wait until I am 21!!!1 GRRRRR

it isnt affecting T2 ship skills

Did you read it at all? Covert ops skill will not change in any way shape or form. It is only the t1 combined skills (destroyer and battlecruiser) that are getting changed.
