Q: ECM Drones Take Effect At...

Does the ECM of ECM drones take effect at the beginning of the cycle or at the end of the cycle? Meaning, for the initial attack, is it make jam attempt then repeat after 20 seconds, or is it wait 20 seconds then make first jam attempt?

They used to apply ECM at the beginning of the round but now they do it at the end.
