Edit: The ECM drones is somewhat debatable though, I recall reading somewhere that it only takes effect at the end of the cycle - meaning the Catalyst get 20secs minimum.
Have not tested them personally to confirm though.

Looks like ECM drones aren't useful due to taking effect at the end of the cycle. Bummer.

On the plus side, my retriever fit survived a suicide gank in a .5 system! Looted ~7.5 million in T2 Guns for 185k in armor repairs! Woot! Suicide ganking is still profitable!
