I skip my lordly titles for the greater good, for my matter is urgent and important.

Imperial Pharmacy has for a while tried to start negotiations for the joining of CVA, but lately I have encoutered most ridiculous demands for those responsible directing my requests forwards. Most recently, Sir Wildcard Trek insisted this: Wildcard Trek > Imperial Pharmacy will need to supply 100000 slaves, 25000 slaver hounds, and 1000000 livestock, and 10000 holoreels as tribute to start the application process.
Vaari > Why?
Wildcard Trek > because that is the tribute required set forth by the Goat Lord Equinox

I have known Sir Daedalus for long time, but this was very new for me. I wish to hear CVA's official statement for this, because "goat lord" is bit heretical for me.

Some may see this to be against Iphar CVA - Peace treaty, but this time i do not agree. I have considered very carefully to bring this news to the public, and I think it is everyone's best inrest to know CVA's true statement about these "goat lords" and tributes.

If you really want it that badly you should pay the tribute. In my opinion, CVA has final call on who they let into their alliance and if you don't meet the requirements then they have all right to deny your application and even the beginning of your application process.

For once, I Lord Vaari do agree with you. I just dont see how that man can dictate my actions in CVA's diplomacy channel.

I wouldn't say that he is dictating your actions but he is putting a price on something which you want. I understand your complaint that you view this as unreasonable but you do have a reputation on the IGS and it is possible that leaders of CVA are a being cautious and hedging a possible PR gamble.

Lord Vaari, I'm not even sure anyone speaks for CVA in an official capacity on this summit these days.

I will tell you that what you heard from Wildcard was likely some manner of derisive humor. CVA currently lacks much of a unified diplomatic or public relations front; what you experience in your encounters with CVA pilots will varry wildly. If it doesn't come from Equinox himself, it's generally not extremely official. My suggestion is to clarify anything through him directly.
