well fit vindi will do very nicely in forsaken hubs. With a shield tank, and all damage mods/TEs in the lows you can get 2000 dps. For plexes however the tengu will always win for versatility.

ishtar if you like it cheap, tengu if you like it efficient, machariel or vindicator if you want to overcompensate.

I should buy an Ishtar.

Money is not the issue. Just looking for the best ship to do them in.

I want to be as fast as I can, but still tank them very well.

Tengu seems like a good move. I have deadspace fitted tengu that does the job ok, but Im not impressed enough.

can post the fit tonight when I come home.

Null space = cloaky/nullified T3 for uninterupted long flights.

Tengu is first, followed by Proteus with 20x light drones. The Proteus will actually let you gtfo in some instances, because you have ecm drones.
DPS is meh with both ships, but they work.

Sentry carrier will work best. Fit 3 x drone damage mods, 2 omni direct and use T2 sentries.
