Our public test servers are a great help for our developers, our volunteer bug hunters and our players. With the introduction of DUST 514 on our public test server Singularity we have reached a milestone but can we continue testing EVE in the same way on our test servers as before? Maybe you are also curious how we might test things like Orbital Strikes?

The addition of "districts" which are where DUST battles take place. This involves some graphical effects and some backend changes. It's not all plumbed in yet as far as I know, so I'm not sure what state it's in on Buckingham as we speak, but should be all ready for the mass test.

Intriguing. Is it going to stay that way i.e. only small guns can be used for orbital bombardment, or will it eventually be changed to allow guns of all sized? Because I'm having a mental image of a DUST bunny calling down what he expects to be fire support from a destroyer, only to have a sieged dreadnought in orbit pick up the phone instead.
