What is going on here? Looks like another price manipulation like with oxygen, although I don't follow these things too closely.

It really really hurts to have the prices keep going up so quickly when I use a TON of this fuel. I really hope it doesn't reach oxygen like levels.

What do you think the ceiling is like on nitrogen? From my seat it looks like it has a ways to go.

Not so much a manip but a reaction to the extension of the GOON campaign against Gal. ice.

Not only is there now bounties on all haulers/orcas as well as hulks/macks but this has been extended from Gal space to Cal space. Obviously this has meant that there has been a large increase in the number of related suicide gankings and people are preparing for a similar rise to that which happened with Oxytopes.

Best bet is not to look at PLEX prices tbh.

It was a fake msg. So nitrogen isotopes are on normal levels again.

Really, I'm not sure. I don't know whether the goonies take this serious or not, since they are fighting in Delve for freeport. But if they take this serious, the prices raising up to 1500.

A well known ice products trader with way too much ISK (obviously not me) noticed there wasn't a lot of Nitrogen Isotopes on the market, and decided to see what would happen if he bought all remaining stock. About 2b ISK profit was reported.

I checked several Caldari ice fields last evening and didn't notice any reduction in harvesting. Actually, I was surprised at the high level of activity.

Playing with oxygen is one thing. There is way to much nitro out there to play with even for goons.

I made a nice chunk of change moving it out from Jita. I guess there was enough stock there it didn't overreact as badly. I think I should have gotten out sooner. I'm selling for a small loss now. Probably still a good net gain.
