While it does 0-damage, the entire point of this ship (at least in our fleet set up) is to allow us to take out active tanks and buy us time to ransom, or allow us to take on larger fleets than we normally would (kind of filling the role of a situational falcon).

It is 37% cap stable, not sure if I should dump some of the cap regen for some other mid slot mods (extra points or tracking disruptors)

Anyone have thoughts/input?

Want the legion for a heavier tank, the ability to cloak, as well as escape bubbles.

Should I remove the cap modules and switch in cap boosters?

Use cap boosters, or a guardian transfer ideally. You are flying a 500m ship with SP loss, You could probably stretch to T2 trimarks and faction EANMs, no?

Tbh I don't see a valid reasoning behind it, it's not as if neuting is such an amazing strategy thing that you need to cloak its existence, I think it's more a case of "ewww bubbles, scary" than a tactical advantage.

Realise that a ship like this is by definition in a support role which assumes a small gang and for a ship with just one purpose it's terribly expensive so, imo, change the fit to be way more useful by adding tackling, a bit of damage and cap boost it. But as stated earlier, if you want a support role then a Curse is so much better as it gets a neuting range and a TD bonus, the range itself gives it some safety and the TDs can seriously affect the outcome of a fight. If you add a cloak to it you can mwd/cloak most of the time, you're in a gang anyway.

Thanks; the idea behind this ship was a pure support role since the majority of our fights rely on mission busting with 1-2 pilots. The entire gang runs a cloak, as well as traveling deeper into 0.0 (the interdiction nullifier).

Thanks all for the input, we understand a curse is better bar-none, however with our fleet needs we need something that can get in and out quickly (pilgrim is already being used), but the pilot wanted a T3 to use for PVE as well on the side (ugh)

too bad ASB doesn't really need cap , still it will shut down any and all active hardeners I give you that just don't go after any cyclons or t2 cyclone variants :)

If you didn't need to cloak the ship you could fit a drone synthesis projector and pack the ship's drone bay full of ECM drones, or logistics drones, or both.

Nothing wrong in the idea, always fun to use the cloaky Legion with neuts.Cloak lets you get out and back in at range on logi if needed without them realising. However give up on trying to be cap stable and use cap transfers from Guardians. At the end of the day each of those meds is neuting like a heavy, you are fairly mobile, and you are blap proof compared to a Bhaal. Tank is much better than a Pilgrims. Mids I would go ECCM and a web instead of the cap rechargers so you can latch onto a logi easily.
