--A note on my previous offering--

So I am sure many of you will remember that I recently created a bond offering that was unsuccessful in attracting investors; if not, feel free to check my post history, I left the OP intact in the interest of transparency. While 2b will do much less for my business than 5b, this is much easier then moving my assets to Jita and liquidating, where I would probably take a loss equivalent to the ROI for investors. I do not actively fly these ships, but that may change in the future, so offering a bond is a great solution.


--My Business--

I am a character trader, and have been observing the market in the character bazaar for the past 14 months now. I have been actively trading characters for the past few weeks, and have been able to generate a very high rate of return for myself so far. The business is such that I require a very large pool of capital on hand at any given time in order to take advantage of any opportunities that may arise. I am constantly having to pass up potential investments because I simply lack the liquid isk. Hopefully a handful of investors will be able to help me with that.


--Assets for collateral--

Collateral will be held by Vaerah Vahrokha. All collateral is located in Rens, in the main trading station. I will be contracting the collateral to Vaerah shortly, and hopefully she will be along to confirm that the collateral has been received.

-One character worth 18b isk by my valuation


--Liabilities--

-I have one outstanding liability of 2.18b isk, owed to Makro SSRI.

-I pay for my account with RL money and will continue to do so.


--Risks--

-The bond is fully collateralized, so there is very little risk to potential investors. Other than the remote possibility of a sudden market crash in the items for collateral, this is a very safe investment.


--Bond Terms--

-40 individual bonds issued, with a face value of 50 million isk each.

-The bonds will mature in 30 days, at an interest rate of 9%; that is 4.5million per bond, or 180 million for the entire investment.

-I reserve the right to repay the principal, plus interest in full, before the bond fully matures.

Once we've got confirmation from VV regarding collateral, i'll consider putting down for a share or two.

Confirming I received collateral.

In a previous chat I also told Darrien to add some more faction stuff to pad up the collateral itself.

I checked the new contract with the list I saved the other day and indeed he added 2 modules, the collateral should be conservatively enough to cover the investment.

Notice: the collateral is located in a trade hub but it's not Jita. I have the skills to fly it away in case it's needed, it'll just delay the potential reimbursement by about a day.

This will happen in case the investment fails.

How much are the liabilities totalling right now if all bonds fill?
How much of that is collateralized and uncollateralized?
Wasn't it stated that your intend was to raise 2B collateralised?
And now you are raising if I am reading this right around 4.2B where 2.1B are uncollateralised?
I might be misunderstanding this, no ill word intended!

You have until 2012.08.12 15:53 to do so, after that point this bond will be open to other investors without exception.

--Notes for Investors--

-This bond will fully mature on 11/09/2012, after which point, if the bond remains unpaid, I will be considered in default.

-I will be delivering progress reports approximately every seven days to my investors.

-Investors should feel free to contact me within questions or concerns they may have.

-I reserve the right to repay the principle, plus the full interest rate, before the bond fully matures.
