Is there a way to get jump count info?

Can someone tell me please if there is a way to calculate from outside the game how many jumps from one system to another, a third-party website or something maybe?

You can use Dotlan to find a lot of useful information. You can also use your in-game map, under "Stars" - "Statistics".
