Returned to the game after 3 months and what a mess:

Datacores: What used to sell for 250,000 is now a lucky sell at 103,000. Having 2 sources for these (R&D Agents AND Faction Warfare LP, is just shear knuckleheadedness. Mayhaps FW shoud get DECRYPTORS instead ???

Market-Bots are out of control worse than ever. 1,300,000,000 in assets that are monitored and adjusted daily and only 250,000,000 sold across 5 days with a wide variety of products. Worst sales ever in 2 1/2 years due to obvious bots that are obvious. Why can CCP not get control of this ? Thank goodness for the resources dumped into RMT and Ice Bots, but I guess the Markets is too complex of a problem to solve ?

Minerals and Ores are upside down. Scordite at #1 ? REALLY ? I've avoided it for 2 1/2 years until now. And almost all the High sec ores are worth a LOT more than the Low. Forget bothering with grav sites anymore. And incentive to do industry in Low now ? Zilch. Nada.

Es ist alles kaput.

So what you're trying to say is, that the market adjusts to CCP implemented changes to the game and a players ability to play the game suffers when they don't play the game for extended periods of time.

Price of datacores goes down because now they are twice as common? Seems right.

Buy low, Sell high
Market seems fine to me

Mineral and Asteroid prices are subject to change, isn't that the point?

Your concerns have been acknowledged and we are grateful for your feedback. We are currently working on restoring the market conditions to resemble the way you remember them in 2009. This is quite a complicated task as there are many factors and variables which must be addressed as well as technical complications associated with engineering the market to produce artificial results. Rest assured, we have a whole team assigned to making this work for you and we thank you for your patience.

Didn't you quit? Very publicly and with much whining and gnashing of teeth.

Market conditions change. If you have evidence of botting, there's a report button.

What you see here is the fact that market bots are at an all time low, alot of people are trying trading.

Personally i was making 3 bil a week with minimal effort just knowing what to trade in. What you see in your profits is a lack of effort and knowledge.

Scordite more profitable than lowsec ores? Well then, why dont you start mining scordite and stop wanting to mine the crap ores?

quit again, maybe it'll be better next time.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

As already said above, markets change all the time. And as more players unlock R & D agents and start getting the datacores, more are going to be put on the market, hence dropping the prices. Its just the way of the world, maaaan. I have 6 R & D Agents, and im making less and less from selling them, so now im adapting and going to try something different with them, like research or something. Never done it before, but thats the good thing about Eve.. so many different avenues to try.

Legitimate advice for the most part.

No, I'm back to stay.

It's both shocking and interesting how radically things change in this game. I wouldn't want it any other way though. It's the only MMO I've ever played, and the descriptions of all the others sound boring.

I'll just enjoy myself, adapt, and do the best I can.

Thanks.

You may also find that your choosing different Data Cores to obtain will give you better results, as their price and availability varies wildly depending on how well a particular faction is doing.

That I know. Thing is, the nearest R & D is 26 jumps from where I'm at so I do those. lol. Other types are even further. At least I use them in something I make.

Seriously, quit. You obviously can't handle this type of game/economy environment. Try WoW. Or Halo. Or some other fail FPS.

I hear Pong and PacMan are neet.
