No scrambler drones or bubble drones yet. Cool

The only good ones are ECM drones.

The others are borderline useful in certain situations, but are pointless most of the time.

I'd like to see a 50m3 Warp Disruptor drone Twisted

I would have thought targeting ships would be more useful.

I was not arguing. Only wanted to add to what you already provided.

For the most part I agree. I could see a raven pilot who can't afford to put painters in the mid slots or use flare/catalyst rigs using medium webber/painter drones to get their missiles to hit cruisers harder while keeping T2 lights for frigates, but that sort of usage is very niche.

I used to use heavy webbers in some typhoon and navy megathron setups for missions, back before MWDs were allowed in all missions, but when the nano-nerf double nerfed, or over-nerfed depending on your point of view, them I no longer saw a point to webber drones in PvE. Going from needing 125mb/3 to field the equivalent of a mobile mid to upper range named webber to the same cost for something that goes half the speed of most frigates with MWD frigates and is less effective at slowing them than T1 webbers was just overkill.

While light and medium webber drones have helped address the speed issue the trickle down mechanics of their speed reduction have resulted in them being very much pre-nerfed. Sadly I doubt CCP will ever un-nerf webber drones and make them into something actually worth fielding for any but the most niche of setups.

On the subject of utility drones, logi drones can be really useful.

I have a question about ECM drones. Medium ECM gets a jam strength of 1.5, so at first glance five drones would seem like a jam strength of 7.5:
"Chance to Jam = ( Your ECM Strength / Target's Sensor Strength ) * 100% "

But there is also a separate formula for using multiple jammers:
"Chance to Jam = (1 -(1 - Your ECM Strength / Target's Sensor Strength ) ^ The number of jammers of this strength)*100% "

So which formula do ECM drones use?

its calculated per drone not a total strength of all drones on field

The only only useful ewar drones you (OP) should ever care are ECM ones (Caldari), you will love to have them to help you and hate to get them on top of you.
