Can i mess with sov?

I there..

Im not sure if i understand the test-rules about this subject.

Can i take sov in any system (besides the test-alliance) if i wanna test sov-mechanics?

You can take sov, if there is no sov at the moment. but it is not allowed to take away sov from others (without consent).

oh cool i didnt think you could take sov at all as that would alter the test server some how

Hey just letting you know, but it doesnt come up that a DEV has posted in this thread, idk if its just me or not, but could be a forum bug.
