Regarding "Sleeper" Items

So, I've been browsing the forums and internets for a few days now and can't really find any direct information regard where to find items that are required for most storyline BPC's. I.e. Sleeper Profound Research Notes, are these types of items found in the wormhole radar sites? Or perhaps through the epic arcs?

b. googled "sleeper decryptors" hyperonym

c. "Get Ancient Relics, decryptors and datacores from Mag/Radar sites in WH space"

Those items can be found in each of the four races COSMOS mission areas. They are used primarily in the production of storyline bpc items, such the Medium Canyon Shield Extender, and others like it. At last recollection, you can find Talocan relics in Caldari space, Takmahl relics in Amarr space, Yan Jung relics in Gallente space, and Sleeper relics in Minmatar space. You can also find the corresponding technology skill book in each of the COSMOS constellation plexes.

Wow, thank you for that, I find it strange that the wiki didn't really have as clear of information. I found some info directing to me "Minmatar Space" or "Caldari Space". That is awesome, time for work.
