Time for cloaked ships to have holds for cloaking fuel

Right before work, I always take out my Helios, and hit cloak and go to work.

I'm a nerd, you can check my stats!! Skilling Int/Mem at 45 sp per minute is how I mack!     I'm like a lapdog, all bark no bite.

OP needs a new career if he cant cut it as a "mercenary" chasing after players using cloaks to protect themselves. Oh what an inconvenience, eh?

Cloaking ships should cost something. It costs me to exist in a system with one there, it costs quite a bit actually. Cloaks don't use any fuel so having a cloaking fuel hold isn't necessary.

And how do you know that the cloaked individual is AFK? Not responding to convo's? Silent in local? Not in a corporation or alliance? Seemingly lack of a physical altercation from the individual? All easily justifiable.

Staying cloaked in a system is a strategy of fear used against their enemies. The very existence of this thread is proof of the power of fear.
