New player: Im looking for my first home.

Hi there.

I joined EVE 3 weeks ago and soon replaced my trialaccount with a real one.
Since then its been tutorials, mining and missions.

I wanna learn more about PVP and i dont wanna wait until i have 10mio sp.

So.. i might be mistaken, but if a corp wants me, im ready.

About me:
Euro timezone - active 2 - 5 nights a week (so far)
Loyal 35yo dude with wife and kids.
Minmatar skilled (so far) Big smile
I speak and understand english.
I have a working headset and im familiar with Teamspeak.
Im ready to get account #2 if nessesary.
I can fly frigates, and i can skill up for whats nessesary.

What im looking for:
Corporation, i dont care if its in an alliance.
Battles to make me better at PVP.
Zero space is prefred over lowsec, lowsec is prefered over highsec!
Isk making oppotunities.

I dont know anything about wormholes and for now i wanna stay out of them tbh.
I wanna go to my stuff in highsec, so im not going pirate!

Any offers?

So who is better.. TEST ALLIANCE OR IRC?
