Basically i joined a corp in NS, and would like to go back to HS for a while to mission, what would be the safest way (it's roughly 50 jumps)

There are usually things seup for this:

Check for Jump Bridges with your copr/alliance - makes 50 jumps feel like 8

See if you can create a Jump Clone in a 0.0 station then suicide jump to your clone station, as long as your clone is in HighSec.

If you can't use jump clones then afraid to say, slow boat through every jump gate or plain suicide your toon (see above)

Finally, check on your map/autopilot is set the shortest route

If you wish to rent this space, Please enquire within.

Set clone to highsec, self destruct.

Answered above.

But really, which alliance doesn't tell you such things when you join about JB maps or JC services in stations.

how the hell did you get out there in the first place? Set destination to jita and get to jumping already.

Look into training for the covert ops frigates. Depending on how well skilled you are now, they shouldn't take too long to train into. Not only will they make your travels much easier, they'll also make you more valuable to your friends.

If you can't JC, and don't want to pod jump.... fit up a cheap, fast frigate with 2+ warp core stabs, a mwd, and a shield tank if you can.... Then set destination to the nearest highsec, and follow the yellow brick road...

If there is a potential hostile (anyone not blue to you....) in system, don't warp gate to gate..... warp to a weird, random celestial (like a custom's office) that is far away from all other gates.... then warp to the gate... this will allow you to avoid 90% of all bubble traps. If you go into a system and there is a hostile bubbler on grid, wait 10 seconds, then mwd back to the gate, jump back to the other side, get safe, wait an hour,.... and try again.... you may find your way blocked (at which point you can try to make a run for it). If there is not a bubbler on grid, you should be able to warp away without difficulty...

Above isn't the easiest, nor quickest method... but it's a lot more exciting than undocking and selfdestructing your pod to land back in empire....

I'd suit up in a speed tanked frigate and bet your corp mates how many jumps you can go before hitting a bubble, camp, hotdrop...

If your good you get to HS in a frigate... If your bad you get to HS in a medical clone...

And you might just learn a thing or two about flying in a hostile environment...

There is no such thing as a fair fight...

If your fighting fair you have automatically put yourself at a disadvantage.

1. Create jumpclone in nulsec so that you now have 2 clones there [current clone + jumpclone]

2. Set your medical clone to your hisec NPC corp.

3. Self-destruct your pod. [You may want to switch to the new no-implant jumpclone first.]

4. You wake-up in your medical clone in hisec! [Don't forget to upgrade!]

5. Create a jumpclone in hisec. [Making 2 is even better. Stuff happens, even in hisec.]

6. Clone-jump back to nulsec, leaving a jumplone behind in hisec.

7. Dock and set your medical clone to your nulsec station of choice.

You can now clone-jump between nulsec and highsec.

Tip: Using the NPC corp and medical clone is also a way to get out of a camped station, though it is expensive because of the loss of the clone. Don't forget to leave a clone behind in case you want to retrieve (or sell) your assets someday.

You my friend need to consider changing corps.
If your corp / alliance didn't tell you about Jump Bridges or Jump Clone services or did not grant you access to the JB and they are unable / unwilling to help you back to high sec, then you need to consider your and their motives for you being in null. In reality if you are not able to extract yourself from null sec then you really probably should not be in null sec just yet.

I'm not trying to bash you for being inexperienced. Good on ya for braving it, null can be a scary place just consider your current skills and level of knowledge.

Oh by the way, I don't see your alliance on the influence map where exactly are you stuck at?

This is NOT an NPC corp forum alt, this is my main. I will join a corp in a few months after I have more skill points.

Change the location of your death clone to a highsec station (usually you still have access to your starter corp's med stations from a remote location), undock in pod, self-destruct.

You will wake up in highsec.

It is impossible in EVE to install a jump clone from a remote location. It MUST be done by death clone. This is not the first time a SoCo member has been in the rookie forum giving wrong information about game mechanics lolol

FC, what do?
