so lets get this right if they dont pay 10 mill they may get bumped out of range from ice ? when really all they could do is stay close to the ice roid and tell there barge to stay at 0. ? sorry but was this actualy considerd a threat by anyone ?

@Serras, Our friend James 315 and his little band of misfits seem to think they have some legitimate claim to Hisec, and there's no use arguing with them about it. Not to worry though. As I told Mr. James all things come to an end.

To the "shareholders" here. I didn't see any mention of dividend being payed out in that financial report. You sure this is the best investments you can make? You would have though after a 9 Bill+ income and 302k % growth, there would be some sort of payout.
