EVE will now automatically upload information about a crash to CCP when a crash occurs . No personal information or information about other programs is collected.

I wonder if this will affect information gathered for petitions etc or if its just going to be for QA.

nope but your were pulled back in time .... might have been a micro wormhole as found in the delta quadrant by the crew of uss voyager

Everytime you buy something that says "made in china" you are helping the rising unemployment in your own country unless you are from china, Buy locally produced goods and help create more jobs.

I don't have all the details on hand beyond what is in the patch notes, but don't worry we have a dev blog all about this new process lined up for very early next week.

I doubt it. Any information uploaded from the client is automatically suspect because it can be intercepted/modified by a third party. Furthermore, you could use a third party program to modify EVE's memory space to cause a fault and then claim that it was CCP's fault.

The information being uploaded is probably NO DIFFERENT than the data which is already logged by the client.

The only logs that CCP can use to determine if a reimbursement is to be given out are the server logs - not the client logs.
