so, it's been a little while since i've been playing, and recently am getting back into eve, and i wanted to do a character re customization, i mean the full body, not just clothes and the cosmetic features available in the captains quarters

but i can't find anything on if this is even possible

any help that anyone can provide in this area would be much appreciated.

About the only way to do that is to send a petition in-game explaining why you want to redo the character.

If the reason is sound and the GM is feeling charitable, you just might get it.
