errrm errr .... buy your own place ....renting is just throwing money down the drain tbh

Only if you enjoy having a huge debt hanging over you for 20-30 years, or until you sell, and evne that is a gamble. More so in this "unstable economy".

only got 7 more years of my mortgage left ... admittedly if I moved out of my house tomorrow and tried to buy it back the next day i couldnt afford to buy it .... but there are ways of getting the length of the mortgage down .. the simple trick me and the wife used was that every time we had a spare thousand pounds that we didnt have an absaloute imperative to spend on maintenance on said house or car repairs or ( insert random domestic crisis here) we paid it off said loan . now while this beyond the realms financially of most peeps these days especially if they are wanting to start a familly ( and no we dont have any kids and i only earn just a bit more than the national average salary for uk citizens ) it can be done

im not suggesting for a second that this is a viable propersition for eveyone and it prolly well isnt but i spose thats what happens when you marry a bloody acccountant Ugh

I guess its a matter of taste but personally bright orange lions sounds dreadful, I like to check some of the modern interior design trends and pick the more understated and tasteful elements.

That way you can still be bold with colour, or contrasting colours etc you just choose the more restrained option.

yeah, i just want some colour, everything is bright white and really nice and the beams are dark dark brown, so today I bought a brightly green coloured frying pan and some bright orange plates and mugs... I know the bright orange lion idea may sound dreadful but it's just an idea. Today I found a very nice lamp for only 6€ that was in a second hand store, there was an almost identical looking lamp in a store across the street that costed about 40€. All I needed to do with the lamp i bought was wash it a bit and it looked totally okay. If I get a new wire for it or dress the current one with fabric it'll be really nice and i would only spend like 10€ total..
