Do POCOs require any amount of armor to go into Shield Reinforcement?

For the newer players reading, POCOS= Player Owned Customs Offices. Shield reinforcement means after a certain % shields you have to return in a few hours/days to finish off the structure.

The POCO in Question has 100% shield, 0% armor, and 50% structure.

See, you defined it, but all I can still see when I read it is POCO. It's lost all meaning... What?

Ah the joys of acronym abuse.... after much searching I was able to determine that not only is a Poco a Southern California country rock band originally formed by Richie Furay and Jim Messina following the demise of Buffalo Springfield in 1968, but it's also an acronym for 'Player Owned Customs Office'.

If it has 0 armor then someone has shot it heaps and after it has gone into reinforced, shot it some more and then stopped shooting it when the armor was gone. The shield probably came back and no one bothered to repair the armor.

The shield reinforcement happens at about 20% shield? Someone else can correct me, if I'm wrong.

To answer the OP: If the shield gets taken down again, I'm sure that it will enter another new reinforcement timer. Since the shield is back up to 100%.
