Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hello wondering if you guys can help me Having Major Graphic Problems. First my fps keep dropping below 10 fps doesn't matter if im in a station or in space moving not moving. I have an Intel Hd Graphics card on an Intel core i3 m330 2.13ghz 2.13ghz windows 7 professianl 4 gigs of ram 450 gig harddrive. Second Problem is that when ever I undock from a station or go threw a gate to another system my display drivers stop responding and then recover. If i use drivers from 2011 i dont get that problem but my fps are cut in half and i still have the fps drop problem. I have 5 active accounts it doesnt matter if im only running one or mutliple clients the problem is the same. Please help as the game is not playble like this. Been 7 days now since the fps drop problem started and have not been able to play I love this game and dont wanna go to a different game but I dont see whats the point in keeping my accounts active if i can't play the game. also the stop and recover problem has been going on since jan 2012 for me. thanx in advance!
