CCp would have to pay George Lucas huge amounts to name it that, which of course they wouldn't/cant, which means that the death star would have to be called something not death star, there by making it 99% less cool.

A planet killer just isn't enough, you need a star killer, a ship fitted with a gravitational wave weapon that steadily increases the gravity well of a star until it quite literally becomes a black hole.
