Actually, for many people they are "banned." A convicted felon cannot legally purchase a firearm, for example.

So there you go. America caters for carebears, all industrial vehicles should be pushed out into the desert with no fuel or water.

BTW, if you can't find full belts in high sec, you're not looking very hard.

This also... you just gotta leave Jita and the surrounding systems once in a while! Big smile

players will leave high and head stright for 0.0 and given goons have they highest count for players right now they will just grown and not one soul will beable to do anything or buy anything without handing more isk to the larger allinaces.

Just used goons becase they have the highest body count btw.

i have to admit, GD felt a little boring lately and i appreciate people who put effort into making "highly inflammatory threads" but then again, this stuff is just not cutting it

thank you for trying though, maybe next time Blink

Give them a bonus when used in Low-Sec/Null, or a penalty when used in Highsec. No need to completely remove them from high-sec.

These ships are designed for deep space operation and using them in high sec is overkill.

Either allow use of bombs, warp bubbles and capitals in high sec or also remove these specialised ships from use in high.

What is the point of low and null sec industrial 'content' if you are going to give no incentive for being out there. People play Eve for the spaceships, give them a reason to earn their shiny toys.

At present I am pushed to find a belt that hasn't been mined out by greedy bots and the mining 'community' needs to be displaced. At present it's more crowded than the M1 during rush hour.

I thought everyone was using disposable retrievers in hi-sec now? Those are pretty easy to gank aren't they?

Or maybe:

- Allow only noobships and shuttles in hisec.
- You aren't allowed to fly noobship after 7 days.

More simply: introduce 2 new classes of ore quality. Add +1 to the base quality of all lo-sec ore. Add +2 to the base quality of all nullsec ore. Hey presto: +5% mining bonus from lo-sec, +10% mining bonus for nullsec.

Additional bonus: the amount of ore that players can produce is increased without reducing miner incomes.

Well I think people should be allowed to stay in hi-sec for the whole of their free trial. But write your proposal up and we'll work on it!

Per CCP, HS is not a starting area, just another place in the game that happens to have the starting places (rookie systems) in it.

Exhumers are meant to be there, as it is not an exploit to have them there.

Try mining outside of Caldari Space. Best Ore is in Amarr Highsec anyway. Also if you can't find belts probe. I find a hidden belt within two systems every day.

Last one was had Jaspet, Omber, and Kernite rampant in it. Oddly no miners.

Don't ask about Italics, just tilt your head.

When will people learn that Null sec minerals are always sold in Null sec, so making the supply of high sec minerals go down will raise prices or help Null sec miners.

Almost all Null sec mining in any big Alliance goes to capital and other building.
