In game browser not loading page

My IGB is uable to load page in game. (eg http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Main_Page)
It reads on white page: Error Loading Requested URL
Error Code: -2
Is my firewall creating the problem? How do I rectify please? (Am not computer savvy)
