We Deteis are quite devoted practitioners of staring contests. Many Deteis men spend hours practicing. I've heard of a minor mob boss operating out of Tuuriainas who has a sniper shadow his every movement, for protection most of the time, but with a peculiar special assignment: should the mob boss get into a staring contest, the sniper's job is to take out the other party before the boss needs to blink.
