Hey,
is the skillbok for Neurotixin Recovery seeded by NPCs ? the price of it is really high and I'm wondering
if it can by obtained by other means than the market (like some pirate LP store maybe) ?

You think that one's expensive try Nanite Control.

Both drop from combat Ladar sites in low and null. If you want to go out and find one make sure you can use an analyzer.

Nanite Control is required for Neurotoxin recovery and was around 250 mil when I got it.

Standard price right now is ~300mil for Nanite Control and ~20mil for Neurotoxin Recovery, but both are highly subject to fluctuation/manipulation. If you're patient you can probably snap up Nanite Control below 200mil but if you happen to need it in a hurry don't be surprised if you get caught with it at 400mil. Same principle applies to Neurotoxin Recovery but the scale is much smaller.

I know that Nanite Control can drop in ladar site (that is more of a radar site) "Serpentis Chemical Lab".
