Sorry if I sound a bit harsh, but in a corp of 178 members you would expect to find at least a couple of folks present in the recriutment channel. Gives a very bad first impression that nobody replies.

Yea, you would wouldn't you. But a couple of recruiters including myself are away. Send a mail to Jetstream Stardrifter or Dooey. I'm sure one of them will be in contact ASAP.
