Unblocking drone buy orders in Jita

There are several buy orders in Jita for light scout drones with outrageously high buy prices and huge minimum volumes - seems like part of some scam or other.

Is there a way to break this logjam without acquiring 150k Acolyte drones and trying to sell to that order?
