Pos labs assembly line setup

Hello all,

Premise: i'm ceo and testing all this on sisi with an alt

i'm actually looking to let some members to use corp labs for their research, i've created a proper title with all roles they need to do it (rent research slot, factory manager, access to 1x corp wallet division and access to corp hangar where bpos are locked) and indeed itest alt can setup jobs using these bp, the problem is that i want to set ONLY A PAIR OF LABS for their use and as far as i know only way is to set each single assembly line.
The things that make me mad is that EVERY ASSEMBLY LINE OF ANY LAB is accessible to em, even if the box "allow corporation memmber usage" is not checked. Why this?

I was able to do this just before sisi went down (only few assembly lines were be visible by test alts, exacly like i wanted) for the ******* dust update but had no time to test everything, now i had to redo everything but i can't find again the way to restric access to assembly lines i don't want em to use.

Pls someone help me!!


Update: Test alt has security status 0.0 so i've tried to apply "allow by security range" and set it between 9.99 and 10.0 and still doesn't do anything, all assembly lines are still accessible at this point guess they ****** smth with the last update... as usual

i dont remember off the top of my head but you can set the labs to role like corp/alliance/starbase tech/fuel tech set the ones you do not want them to use to one of the tech roles

Yes, indeed I've anchored 4 labs for testing, 2 set the for fuel tech role query/take (and the fuel tech role only is given to test toon) and other 2 with starbase config equip role fon both query/take: still through S&I window i can use any assembly line :'(

Isn't there a right click management option somewhere off the lab itself, not through tower management?

this. you have to set the lab slots individually.

IIRC, they can see the lab slots no matter what, BUT if you set it to require standing, the game will stop them from actually installing the job.

True, any assembly line must be set individually and i didn't try to set access through standings (will do in a few), but again i tried with sec status and it didn't work at all on sisi :(

There aren't so many things to check if u really look into it so don't think i'm doing any mistakes with roles etc (as i said i did it before sisi dust patch and was quite simple).... but who knows?

I really want to give this service to corp members that deserve it (and i have some!) and my brain is overheating to this...

Pretty sure many CEOs/Directors did this for their corp so pls pls helpppppppp a poor CEO do its job :P



UPDATE: even standing range restriction isn't working: i've even petitioned it and i'm now totally depressed
