Just go to general discussion where you got that pool of tears from mittani , most people in here are making a profit from your actions but just don't expect a thank you note for it.

You want tears your in the wrong subsection dude , thanks.

I think there's a lovely quote from Dune that comes to mind with the whole Iso situation:

It's not he who controls the spice who controls the univers, it's he who can destoy the spice that controls the universe.
The Spice must flow.

The same really can be said about isotopes. If they manage to truly interdict the Oxygen Isotopes, ganking 24/7 in all the ice fields, the amount of oxygen isotopes available will dry up, at which point yes, every gallente capital, and every gallente tower will be in trouble.

In the mean time, it's causing a lovely stir in the economy. Isotopes have skyrocketted due to speculation, Brutixes are high in demand ( by goons ), macks and ice harvesters and everything else related to mining ice will also increase in demand as more of them go Boom.

So in all, let me add another lovely quote:

War is good for profit. ( rule of aquisition number 44 )

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

It's also a lot of fun. I never realized market warfare could be so entertaining.

Welcome to the 'light' side of New Eden, where the battles might not be as explosive visually, but where blood runs in the board rooms and in the market squares. And when someone gets wiped out here, they are truly wiped out.

Does railgun ammunition come in Hollow Point?

This kind of action is, to me, absolutely and fundamentally what this game is about.

Clever, innovative, ambitious, coordinated, fun, and contentious (among other things).

This is the kind of **** that first attracted me to this game, and it's the reason I keep logging in.

I look forward to a brave new era of market terrorism, until the next cool idea comes along.

It surprises me that it has taken this long to see this kind of action but long may it continue.

The hyperbole is strong in this one.

Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.  - William Pitt

This is great. I love the panic and grief caused by a relatively small group of people targetting a small area in hisec and 1 market item. I love how the conspiracy theories pop up, how goons are destroying the game, the trolls about hisec ice disappearing, and above all, the opportunities this all creates.

Good profit in unstable times, just like when they banned lots of ice mining bots (and then let them all back on again)

The sudden fluctuation in mineral prices on the high sea's would have made far more ISK in a much shorter period of time.

Might be to late, since every ice miner just went and started mining MINERALS...

I think I like this game more every day. Its like late 17th century mercantile colonialism in space. Now if there were only foreign "savages" to conquer and enslave and citizenry to oppress and exploit EVE would have all the most ingenious and disturbing features of international relations.

When Dust 514 gets added to the mix it is gonna be a fascinating little experiment.
