Darius III is a whole different kettle of fish, as scamming votes is legal but rumors are against forum rules. Which rule wins?

If you are using rumors about other CSM members to scam votes for your self or just rumor mongering to lose them votes in order to not need as many your self. You are breaking the Forum rules but not the CSM election rules.

Or does this just mean that CCP now needs to drop the whole the forums are part of the game bit, as the rumor rule really gets in the way of meta gaming?

Let's reward CSM posting with Loyalty Points! The size of the LP payout can be directly tied to our current approval rating, on a scale from 1 to 5.... Jita riots will cause CSM status to turn "Vulnerable" and increase the multiplier. This should reward good CSM representatives and adequately fund our constant war of words with the developers!

I still to this day want a titan sling-shot. Came up with the idea a couple years back. Just a big-ass ruber band between to dreads with a titan stuck in the middle and a crazy enough pilot willing to make a wish come true...
