2003 Character with almost 27 million sp can fly a tengu and a loki,logistics 4 gas mining 5 ,covert ops. I don't really want to sell him,but I need the cash to start a wormhole exploration corp. Was created in 2003 . I don't want to post as him until I see the isk will be worth it.

There is just about no way to determine his value without an eveboard.
