Very nice, now we just need to mount it on a ship and see if we can get 30 chickens per minute out of that sucker.

Any spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors are because frankly, I don't care!!

I remember hearing this about CQ....

Roll

It's impossible for Vegas to not be awesome.

And since what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas... it becomes concentrated Awesome, which yields 5% more awesome when viewed compared to just normal Awesome.

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.

So, what is productive about setting a target date first(Winter 2012) and then deciding what to put in it?

Seems like the kind of thinking that leads us to promises of :iteration: that are almost never fulfilled, no one want to be stuck finishing the old ****.

How about you either adopt agile development fully (implementing features piecemeal overtime instead of within 2 months out of 6) or you fully adopt waterfall development(Decide what features you want and set release dates based on the content, not the summer/winter equinox).

I know marketing likes to be able to bundle things together with a shiny name, but it really is not conducive to the type of game eve is. Smaller updates should be things that are release bi-weekly or such with bigger features arriving as they are completed.

This hybrid of agile/waterfall you have going seems to be taking away the benefits of both leaving only the negatives.

It's my understanding that these next few months are an intentional break from the pattern we've seen as of the last couple expansions. Dust throws a ripple in everything, but I think the plan is to get back to smaller, more frequent releases once the Winter expansion is out.

Sounds good. So chicken launcer BPO available?Lol

Edit: I think I have the answer to "You know you play EvE online to much when?"
The answer of course being, that you would be perfectly happy to fly a Battleship into null just so you could fire chickens at gate pirates, cackling the whole time.

Who cares?

Meta-developing is worse than meta-gaming.

Just write some code and put some awesome in it (and test it) and go from there...

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

I say at this point we need a frog-launcher too for orbital bombardments of biblical dimensions.

I agree let us launch mutant hostile frogs into Dust battles as opposed to just artillery strikes(which kills everyone in 1 small area once with them able to re-spawn in 20 seconds.

God i hope they can get the tech 1 cruisers as well. I mean it's not that much work. And if we test out the frigate changes soon on sisi we could balance out maybe even the BC class by winter on sisi.

If they started tested them on sisi now we'd have 3 months of testing. Plus battleships are more or less fine, they said they have a few tweaks in mind. But if they finished all of the sub battleship classes by winter it would be better than just frigates suddenly being amazing and nothing else.

Also I hope they choose to fix the combat ui soon to show if ships are within tracking speed /speed.It was in the last fanfest big press event video. I want it CCP. : ( I want to know that as I increase my speed I'm increases my chance to avoid damage in real time. This would make the game much more fun, and more obvious to a new player that there is lot that goes into eve combat. Make the Tactical UI really show you things like chance to be hit. have lines incoming from enemy ships targeting you. If you mouse over the line or the overview icon it pops up with a %chance they have to hit you. As you chance direction or speed you can see this % change in real time.

This would change the way eve is played. Give the information to the people ccp!

snowball orbital cannons

: O

you fire them down and it deals no damage it just makes it snow , but only on part of the map. It's like a troll weapon, great for double crossing someone, or trolling the enemy. lol.

Lower the REACTIVE ARMOR HARDENER activation cost to 1GJ. Give us fatboy armor tankers an alternative to the DCU.

How much for the BPO?

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia
