Just discovered purely incidental that Dr Caymus has entered the 200.000.000 skillpoint club.
He now has 200.000.000 skillpoints as of today

It's somewhat nice to see, that I've got better skills in a few areas even though I have less than half his SP on my highest SP character.

I'm working on those skills I forgot about so I don't totally embarrass myself when I post my 100m sp thread (coming soon! Provided I train those basic skills I forgot about to 5... like shield operation P)

I may only have a paltry 71M skill points, but I'm a match for his Engineering skills, all 8672000 of them.

And regarding that 68410530 skill points in Science...

Congratulations, great scholar!

Did we ever expect players to reach this number of skill points? Well...it was obvious from the start that it would take a long time for that to happen and I think we mainly hoped EVE would be around long enough :). I remember how impressed we were when we heard of the first 100 million SP milestone a long time ago. The fact that the good Dr. has now reached 200 million skill points just highlights how unique this journey is that we're on. <3

…now you just have to introduce another 1,600 ranks worth of new skills to keep him occupied and to keep him form reaching the half-all-the-SP mark. Blink
