As a result of having a ****** night, I'm gonna share with you the sekrit to being an EVE posting superstar (not that I am one, but I can watch the masters at work).

1. Write a post.
2. Read it.
3. Consider, is this interesting/creative/relevant/helpful/or funny enough that people outside of those directly involved will care?
4. If not, hit delete.

Your error was on step 4, I'll give you points for your post being entirely legible formatting wise though.

I see you are having issues with your diplomatic proceeding(s).

This most likely stems from the inexperience and subjective perspective of your negotiators.

What you need, gentlemen, is a professional, an arbiter of experience and repute.
