As someone with <10kk SP, i can tell you for absolute certain that every fit posted in this thread is massively overtanked.

Pithi C-type Small Shield Booster
Shield Boost Amplifier II
And a Dread Guristas Ballistic Deflection field will get your through every single primarily Kinetic mission without dipping below 98% shields even with low skills. I use a Federation Navy 10MN Afterburner too.
And you'll most likely be Cap stable with one CCC, or maybe even none at all.

Change the Hardener by Rats, and you can fit 2 TPs (Or one and a utility module) while maintaining Cap Stability and tank practically any level 4 mission just fine. Some high-damage missions you might want to change out one TP for a secondary Hardener, but if your shield skills are as good as you say, that probably isn't even going to be required.
Just don't fight Sansha or other high EM rats if you can help it.

I would actually suggest a C-type over an A-type. A-type makes you too much of a target for almost no tangible benefit. C-type easily deals with practically everything for one tenth the price and isn't worth ganking someone for.

pimp fit I used for awhile. killed frigs quick even those spider drones. needed cap stability cause I watched movies while I missioned
