Mechanic skills are fair considering the PvP i was focusing on was more towards the minmatar side. I know you're looking for the perfect vindicator pilot, but considering the Gal BS & weapon skills are in order which are the longer. As for the standings, they are good enough to enter any high sec, Sec status is just positive too.

Also, in an additional note to you and everyone else, check the NPC standings aka Corporation standings, while I tried not to affect my faction standings much over the last year or two, the corporation standings are more promising:
