I am trying to log onto Sisi using the launcher. I use the same username and password that I have been using for Eve Tranquility. However, I get an error message saying, "Incorrect Username or password." I wamt to emphasize that I am using the exact same user name and exact same password as for Tranquility ,which always works there. I can, however, log on if I go to the file and click on the application in the CCP/EVE/sigularity file. Can anyone help. I also run the program as administrator.

You've been banned. It's cause of some CCP's glitch.
