This toon is a 99% perfect orca toon.

Mining Director 5
Mining Forman 5
Warefare Link Spec 5
Industrial Command Ship 4 (currently training to 5)

To make it even better it have the tech 2 Mining Foreman Mindlink. (a implant that cost over 1b these days) In addition to the Mindlink it also have +5 implants for Perception and Willpower.

This toon also have 2 jump clones with random low end implants.

Next remap is available 21.10.2012
